ROLE OF THE TEACHING STAFF IN THE CONTEMPORARY UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATION
It must be convinced on the key paper that it corresponds to him to carry out in the present times and on the strategic importance, for the future of its country, as the institution to which it serves. It will have to also be familiarized with the new educative paradigm. Its roll no longer is the one of the university professor who simply dictates or gives skillful classes and soon he describes the examinations as his students. He is not either the one of the professor who teaches and soon he evaluates if their students are able to repeat what he has taught to them, or to verify if they assimilated the knowledge by transmitted him. If nowadays the important thing is, as we saw before, the learning or rather the learning that the students really incorporate to their vital experience, in such a way that learns to learn so that they never let continue learning. Therefore, the educational college students like people in charge of the formation of the students, must assume the role of orientation causing the personal, professional and labor auto realization with strategies and new technologies of communication.
