LA FORMACIÓN DE GESTORES EDUCATIVOS DE LAS INSTITUCIONES DE EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR. UN MODELO PARA INTERVENIR PEDAGÓGICAMENTE EN LA SOCIEDAD DEL SIGLO XXI

Resumen

En la presente investigación se logra significar a la formación inicial, continua y permanente en gestión educativa universitaria como un sistema de procesos de desarrollo humano para la transformación educativa social, lo cual permitió elaborar un modelo de la dinámica de la formación de gestores educativos de las Instituciones de Educación Superior conformado por cinco configuraciones y dos dimensiones que son constructos teóricos que revelan el nivel de síntesis interpretativo del proceso modelado. Éste sustentó el establecimiento de una estrategia de formación gerencial educativa para las mencionadas Instituciones. El proceso de formación inicial, continua y permanente en gestión educativa universitaria en su singularidad, como objeto de estudio, evidencia insuficiencias teóricas y metodológicas que fundamentan la necesidad de su reconstrucción conceptual desde una lógica integradora entre lo formativo, como célula dinamizadora de la relación entre lo funcional, lo estructural y lo significativo, de las funciones universitarias y su interacción contextual socio-cultural.

THE FORMATION OF EDUCATIONAL AGENTS OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS. A MODEL TO INTERVENE PEDAGOGICALLY IN THE SOCIETY OF THE XXI CENTURY 

ABSTRACT

In the present investigation it is possible to mean to the initial, continuous and permanent formation in administration educational university student as a system of processes of development human for the social educational transformation, that which allowed to elaborate a model of the dynamics of the formation of educational agents of the Institutions of Superior Education conformed by five configurations and two dimensions that are theoretical constructions that reveal the interpretive synthesis level of the modeling process. This sustained the establishment of a strategy of educational managerial formation for the mentioned Institutions. The process of initial, continuous and permanent formation in administration educational university student in its singularity, like study object, evidences theoretical and methodological inadequacies that base the necessity of its conceptual reconstruction from an integrative logic among the formative thing, as dynamic cell of the relationship among the functional thing, the structural thing and the significant thing, of the university functions and its socio-cultural contextual interaction.
