EL COMPONENTE JURÍDICO EN EL PROCESO DE FORMACIÓN DEL ECONOMISTA: LA RELACIÓN CIENCIA-TECNOLOGÍA-SOCIEDAD

Resumen

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo abordar y valorar desde el punto de vista teórico el componente jurídico en el proceso de formación de los economistas en la Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí de la República del Ecuador y la necesidad de incorporar y articular en los planes de formación de la carrera de Ciencias Económicas los contenidos que permitan la formación jurídica de estos profesionales en correspondencia con las exigencias y complejidad del mundo contemporáneo. Además los profesionales de economía de acuerdo al campo laboral en que se desempeñan deben apropiarse y utilizar las herramientas jurídicas para un eficiente desempeño profesional, teniendo en cuenta la normativa y la ética profesional como ejes transversales.

THE JURIDICAL COMPONENT IN THE FORMATION PROCESS OF THE ECONOMIST: THE RELATIONSHIP SCIENCE-TECHNOLOGY-SOCIETY

ABSTRACT

The present work has as objective to approach and to value from the theoretical point of view the juridical component in the process of the economists' formation in the Lay University Eloy Alfaro of Manabí of the Republic of the Ecuador and the necessity of to incorporate and to articulate in the plans of formation of the career of Economic Sciences the contents that allow the artificial formation of these professionals in correspondence with the demands and complexity of the contemporary world. Also the professionals of economy, according to the labour field in what they act, should appropriate and use the juridical tools for an efficient acting professional, keeping in mind the normative one and the professional ethics as traverse axes.
