EDUCACIÓN B-LEARNING, NUEVO RETO DEL PROFESOR DE LA UNIVERSIDAD LAICA “ELOY ALFARO” DE MANABÍ (ULEAM)

Resumen

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad motivar y transmitir las experiencias y conocimientos de la Facultad de Ciencias Informáticas de la Universidad Laica “Eloy Alfaro” de Manabí, la misma que hace un año implementó la modalidad de estudio B-learning, utilizando como herramienta un sistema de gestión de aprendizajes (LMS), que brinda apoyo a las actividades presenciales de enseñanza-aprendizaje. La modalidad B-learning es un modelo de enseñanza-aprendizaje que ha sido utilizado por muchas universidades del país y del mundo, brindando resultados positivos permitiendo formar profesionales altamente capacitados y calificados que satisfagan las necesidades de la sociedad. El aprendizaje bajo la modalidad tipo B-learning se centra en el alumno, quien es participe de su propia formación con la orientación del docente que se convierte en un facilitador del aprendizaje; además es una herramienta que permite el desarrollo y control de las actividades autónomas que tiene que realizar los alumnos. Los docentes deben asumir este nuevo reto, ya que el enfoque académico por competencias implementado en la universidad, exige que se utilicen nuevas técnicas y herramientas donde los alumnos generan sus propios conocimientos, habilidades y destrezas.PALABRAS CLAVE: Aprendizaje Semipresencial; b-learning; aula virtual; educaciónB-LEARNING EDUCATION, NEW CHALLENGE FOR PROFESSORS FROM LAY UNIVERSITY ELOY ALFARO OF MANABÍABSTRACTThis paper aims to motivate and convey the experiences and knowledge of the School of Computer Science at the University Laica "Eloy Alfaro" Manabí, the same as last year implemented the mode of study B-learning, using as tool learning management (LMS), which supports classroom activities for teaching and learning. The type B-learning mode is a teaching-learning model that has been used by many universities in the country and the world, providing positive results from allowing highly trained and qualified to meet the needs of society. Learning in the form type B-learning focuses on the student, who is part of their training under the guidance of the teacher becomes a facilitator of learning, it is also a tool for the development and control of autonomous activities that students have to perform.
