THE PERFECTIONISM OF THE CURRICULAR NET OF THE PROFESSIONAL EXECUTIVE SECRETARY. ITS SOCIAL IMPACT
ABSTRACT
This article aims to explain the need to refine the curriculum that trains professionals in Executive Secretariat, since today's society is increasingly demanding education in general. Frequently interested check that it is fulfilled that promise to education institutions, i.e. want to observe the results achieved by students through their studies in specific form. This trend is forcing education administrators to redesign work on the basis of objective achievements. On the other hand, the needs of local, national and international environment are constantly changing in the light of scientific and technological developments, so it is necessary to meet criteria harmonically tuned to these needs evolved, and it is in this scenario that higher education institutions are forced not only to provide a number of specialized professionals who are, but also to properly develop their skills in order to make them competent for the professional practice knowledge. It means then, that the curriculum of the races has to respond to these new demands. The Executive Secretary is an essential function in any type of activity be it in the company, institution, industry or other professions training so it should be perfect, to fulfill their service role in a society that is increasingly more
