EL PERFECCIONAMIENTO CURRICULAR EN LA FORMACIÓN DEL PROFESIONAL DE SECRETARIADO EJECUTIVO. SU IMPACTO SOCIAL

Resumen

Este artículo tiene como objetivo fundamentar la necesidad de perfeccionar el currículo que forma a los profesionales en Secretariado Ejecutivo, debido a que la sociedad actual es cada vez más exigente con la educación en general. Con frecuencia le interesa comprobar que se cumpla aquello que prometen las instituciones de educación, es decir, desea observar en forma concreta los resultados alcanzados por los educandos a través de sus estudios. Esta tendencia está obligando a los administradores de la educación a rediseñar el trabajo en función de logros evidenciables. Por otro lado, las necesidades del entorno local, nacional e internacional están cambiando de manera constante, en función de los adelantos científicos y tecnológicos, por lo que se hace necesario sintonizar criterios para responder armónicamente a esas necesidades evolucionadas, y es precisamente en este escenario que los centros de educación superior se ven obligados, no solo a proveer de una serie de conocimientos especializados a los profesionales que forman, sino también a desarrollar adecuadamente sus capacidades, con el fin de hacerles competentes para el ejercicio de las profesiones. Esto significa entonces, que el currículo de las carreras tiene que responder a estas nuevas exigencias. El Secretario Ejecutivo es una función esencial en cualquier tipo de actividad sea esta en la empresa, institución, industria o en las demás profesiones por lo que su formación se la debe perfeccionar, para que cumpla su rol de servicio en una sociedad que es cada vez más exigente.

THE PERFECTIONISM OF THE CURRICULAR NET OF THE PROFESSIONAL EXECUTIVE SECRETARY. ITS SOCIAL IMPACT

ABSTRACT

This article aims to explain the need to refine the curriculum that trains professionals in Executive Secretariat, since today's society is increasingly demanding education in general. Frequently interested check that it is fulfilled that promise to education institutions, i.e. want to observe the results achieved by students through their studies in specific form. This trend is forcing education administrators to redesign work on the basis of objective achievements. On the other hand, the needs of local, national and international environment are constantly changing in the light of scientific and technological developments, so it is necessary to meet criteria harmonically tuned to these needs evolved, and it is in this scenario that higher education institutions are forced not only to provide a number of specialized professionals who are, but also to properly develop their skills in order to make them competent for the professional practice knowledge. It means then, that the curriculum of the races has to respond to these new demands.
