FORMATIVE RESEARCH AND ITS IMPACT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF COLLEGE STUDENTS
ABSTRACT
As the research training process of building knowledge for being truly related to learning and wisdom unfolded around them from a consistent agreement between theory and formative educational experience reflection. This study leads to generate argumentative Performing actions, intentional, observation, understanding, reasoning and reflection synthesis application. The educational process requires collective individual strategies, simple written guides work, concept mapping, case studies, summary, forums, consultations, literature, seminars, reviews of consultations, roundtable, socialization, among others. In this process it is important to consider the general communicative skills such as reading, writing, speaking, argue, question, discuss, explore, conflict resolution. Formative research requires constant updating teachers, since many questions arise among students, as well; works include some current issues. Arouses students' interest in research, proving to be more analytical, critical and reflective.
