TEACHING PRACTICE: A SPACE FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING STUDENTS OF THE FACULTY OF EDUCATION OF LAY UNIVERSITY ELOY ALFARO FROM MANABÍ
ABSTRACT
Teacher training in Ecuador, requires the Faculties of Philosophy, Literature and Science Education, preparing professionals with a solid, scientific, educational, practical and axiological training; that is to say a teacher who leaves behind deductive practices and assume the inductive as valid, in order to be better teachers, cognitive researchers, producers of tacit thought is one that is built with the experience, the analysis from individual knowledge and collective. In short, teachers are capable of producing by developing knowledge and practice quality education and warmth. Future professionals in education must also have technological knowledge; exceeding the level of mere empiricism so that in their practice can demonstrate creativity and autonomy for insertion into a modern perspective. Teaching practices carried out by students in the Faculty of Education at the ULEAM, are intended to improve teaching and learning in all areas of knowledge, strengthening its teacher preparation. These practices ensure training quality teachers, ethical, proactive, real life examples and values.
